| 2. Club Rental for Members: |

| 2.1 Rental of lounge area to members (excluding rink area)
for family use (i.e. anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, etc.) is $100.00. |

| 3. Rental Conditions: |

| 3.1 GST is extra. |
| |
| 3.2 The Club operates the kitchen if meals are required. |
| |
| 3.3 If only the coffee machine is used, an additional $30.00 is charged. |
| |
| 3.4 The Club operates the bar if it is required. |
| |
| 3.5 There is an extra charge for liquor license in the rink area. |
| |
| 3.6 A corking fee of $5.00 per bottle applies to wine brought into the Club on special occasions. |
| |
| 3.7 Renters are responsible for clean-up in the off-season. |
| |
| 3.8 A deposit of $100.00 and a signed rental agreement are required to reserve the date of rental. |
