| 1.1 Refund of annual membership fees (excluding initiation fees)
will be considered if the member is forced to quit curling for the remainder of the season for any of the following reasons: |

| 1.1.1. Certified medical condition |
| |
| 1.1.2. Relocation of employment |
| |
| 1.1.3. Extraordinary circumstances (Board approved) |
| |
1.2 The amount of refund will be a percentage of the annual dues calculated as follows:
- 70% before November 16
- 50% November 17 to December 31
- 25% January 1 to February 15
- 0% February 16 to closing

| 1.3 Requests for a refund must be made, in writing, to the Board of Directors. |
