POLICY RATIONALE:
 
The A.T.M. machine is intended as a service to the members of the Quinte Curling Club. However, in addition to a regular monthly charge for its use, there is a potential if Visa or Mastercards are permitted, that costs for the A.T.M. could run into thousands of dollars.
 
The Board of Directors does not feel the Club should absorb these costs, which could be used to benefit our Club in other ways. Quinte Curling Club will not absorb these costs, as these costs would be annualized and included in future years' membership costs.
 
POLICY:
 
  1. In light of these potential high costs, the A.T.M. will be restricted to Debit Cards only.
  2. A.T.M. purchases must be a minimum of $25.00 each transaction.
